it kinda depends on how person A behaves, if they take their time to report an issue the proper way, i'd think they're a great user, helping narrow down and find a bug and improve the software

if they immediately start blasting you about how the software sucks (even if it's not ruled out it's some problem with their device) and their specific problem is more important than anything else you could be working on and things like that, and are otherwise not helpful, and if that happens day in day out (which is often with popular FOSS software), i can really understand patience wearing thin
