the new text is more appropriate since it does not presume that only Mothers stay home. In some cases, the Father stays home and the Mother brings home the bacon.
In any case, why is that text even there? Does Ireland have forced labor requirements for those whom don't work outside the home?
Currently, the language seems sexist. I would've voted "YES". But not my fight as a non-Irelander.
