I'm already sick of hearing people go on about how making sure kids have lunches for school is the parents' responsibility. You know what else is? Making sure kids get educated. But I don't see the same people arguing for shutting down schools and having everyone homeschool. If it's OK for education to be provided by schools, so we can leverage the many benefits of collective action, why not lunch?
