The other day I read a QT (might have been a reply), a joke in the format "but my [flawed concept that the original post contradicts]"
I picture a sad Winnie the Pooh holding something broken and I love it, and in my mind the person writing thinks of *themselves* as sad Winnie.
But now I just used this format and it occurred to me that it could be interpreted as "lol you made the stupid people that like this concept sad". Considering this was on the bird site, the "meaner" meaning seems more likely
If I remembered/had liked the first "but my" post I saw, I could ask the author. But I don't and there is no way to search for it.
Seeing something in passing and wishing I could revisit later happens so often I wish there was a full record (it can be local! I'll spend my own computation power for this!) of every post I *looked at* so that I could search.
I've been bookmarking more stuff in hopes of improving this, but apparently not enough.
