Most places appear to use a moulded bit of meat that isn’t great. I like it to still have obvious signs it’s been through the mincer or bought as mince, then hand seasoned & shaped.

Plus I’m a big fan of the ol’ fish & chip shop style “with the lot”. Everything missing from that is something lost.

This one was moulded bit of meat with just lettuce, tomato, beetroot, cheese, caramelised onions, bbq sauce. Missing the egg, pineapple, probably a few things I’m forgetting.
