"content": "Most places appear to use a moulded bit of meat that isn’t great. I like it to still have obvious signs it’s been through the mincer or bought as mince, then hand seasoned \u0026 shaped. \n\nPlus I’m a big fan of the ol’ fish \u0026 chip shop style “with the lot”. Everything missing from that is something lost. \n\nThis one was moulded bit of meat with just lettuce, tomato, beetroot, cheese, caramelised onions, bbq sauce. Missing the egg, pineapple, probably a few things I’m forgetting.",
