That is a lot of changes to the fundamental building blocks of Bitcoin. I would need to see clear reasons for each vetted and accepted publicly. I would start out arguing against each one, and would need to be convinced to support each small change. I am not alone on this, and the changes would be insanely hard to get through as you describe them.
I have become convinced, over years, that scaling through layers is the only way we will succeed. It will take 2-3 times as much convincing to flip me to the other side of this dispute. But I'll keep listening and learning...
