I'm all for PWAs, building one myself.
But as a business you can't be both profit motivated opt for a PWA when it could be a native app w in-app purchase. Even if all your users are coming to you organically, profit wise you will sacrifice far more than the 30% you save. And for users that are not coming organically, it's orders of magnitude.
So "profit-focussed and PWA-first" is somewhat of an oxymoron on iOS.
