This was mostly awful. Poor motivation for Grinch, Max just feels sad and abused, the kid is smug and repetitive. Monsters were trippy but kinda figments?

BUT, there's ads for Merlin, and ROM Space Knight!

Merlin was by far the best handheld videogame of the '70s, maybe into mid-80s.

ROM was a good robot toy, but the comic was unnecessarily awesome and deep, like Silver Surfer but less mopey.
