Usually, I can be found #gardening 🌱 or making a mess in the kitchen 🍳
You may also find me out and about #camping in my roof tent ⛺ or slowly #hiking around the #PeakDistrict ⛰️
I do all of these things whilst listening to a good #news or #politics podcast 🎧
I'm newly diagnosed with #ADHD and am working on ways to be kinder to myself day to day 🌈
