There are 2.5 reasons to call for Biden to withdraw:
1) Ethical: he's not actually capable of doing the job, or likely won't be through 2028.
2) Tactical: Trump will weaponize his perceived incapacity and use it, honestly or not, to defeat him.
2a) Trying to switch candidates now will generate a messy enough situation and process at this point that it will contribute to a Trump win. Prominent Democrats calling on him to withdraw because of #1 will contribute to this.
