I don't think that you need a 100% non-white deportation to stabilize countries with non-integrating immigrants. How about starting with the obviously non-integrating first (the criminals burning shit), then the child/women-raping ones and see how that goes? Then go for crime statistics locally and globally in the country and start kicking some ass where the obvious problems are? Usually there are blatant ghettos and no-go areas to break up. If we were discussing this after all this had been done and still the situation was shit, I'd entertain mass deportation.
Also, if it is your implied belief that *all* immigrants are problematic, the above strategy would get rid of them all anyway. There would have been no shooting people just for being foreigners and you'd be able to gloat and say "see, none of them integrate, I was right". The left would just swallow its tongue. If you go out shooting everyone you'd be denounced for ethnic cleansing.
