Grocery store prices and sales are odd or suspicious at times. Today I got 3 boneless New York Strip steaks at a total of $19.50 as the sale price. The regular price was $15.99 per pound and retail was over $38. But seriously, who would buy them at a Fry’s/Kroger and spend over $38? Decided the guys deserved a treat. It’s a fun rare splurge for us, and I do know how to spot good marbling. My son John was happy to both clean the grill and then be grill master. A good time was had by all.
