Fuck off, when you're given the 'hard' class it's either because you have specialist training, or admin hates you, or you're a newbie.
I've had 'hard' classes. And yes, I treated them as 'my' kids, because they were my students. But holy fuck, if you don't have the training, experience, and support to handle them, they will make you want to quit.
