OH so that's why.
finally solved the 3 week old mystery of why i have a painful lump halfway down my left forearm. thought it might be wife punching me in her sleep (she does this occasionally but not this time). I seem to bump into the door frame everytime i turn round to lock the front door. not hard but enough to keep the lump from healing
