A vertical mouse took like 2 weeks tops to get used to, and my hand forever thanks me.
I also got one of those sloped, split keyboards. It's not cheap but has saved my wrists.
Last, I use a standing desk, even if I am sitting the ability to perfect match my pose height is worth it.
Game dev is long, like a sport, equip yourself properly!
