"content": "AI Faceoff: Mushroom ID edition. I ran ChatGPT4 (paid version) \u0026 Google lens (free) to see how they fared. Google appears to be better at showing similar results \u0026 correctly IDing mushrooms - it got every đ of the 5 I ran correct (in this set). ChatGPT4 especially had trouble with bolettes. ChatGPT4 does allow for multiple picture uploads, which is a helpful feature if it improves IDing. \n\nThought foragers may be curious \u0026 its a useful tool if you want to double check - I found it useful to compare pictures with what I found \u0026 especially to see if there are any similar toxic ones \u0026 how to avoid them.
