And the impact of the Democrats' actions so far has been genocide, more CO2 emissions, 2 new wars and the closest we've come to nuclear annihilation since the Cold War ended, more cars, and more resource consumption. Their "green tech revolution" is very heavily biased toward EVs.
Biden's attempt to tear down inner city freeways is laudable, but it's also not making much progress.
