They were a half hour early and in that half hour as a sales-proficient builder I did more to sell that property than any real estate agent ever could.

When their idiot real estate agent showed up in an under armor t-shirt and shit eating grin I was so bothered that if his clients buy my house, I have to give him some of the proceeds.

Useless forced intermediaries just grifting off of the people who Carly create value. The Realtor industry is a complete scam.
