Say I want to design my own side table lamp that features a charging station and accepts a standard lightbulb. Ideally, I'd like it to have only one power cable, just like commercial options. Is there some component I can buy for this? A bulb socketcord that also has a USB port or something? Do I need to learn to do electrical and make my own cord?
