I arrived in St Kitts last night. Their immigration form is a web form in some weird shell running on an unknown OS on a crap laptop. Even moving the cursor and typing was painful.
People were lined up behind 3 machines as it was so slow. I heard someone say, "You have to help me, I can't do it" It's #UX disasters like this that make my blood boil. So much human misery and frustration that could be avoided so easily. I'm guessing just avoiding using a $200 laptop would solve 80% of the issue.
