My gut feeling is that Europe is unlikely to be the source of many strike-breakers. I've already heard prominent British actors speak out in support of the writers' and actors' strikes - and on the Continent the whole political spectrum tends to be further to the left, and more in favour of trade unions, than in the US.
However, there are other parts of the world...
