I would say spam isn't the issue for their company specifically. It's lying to customers about what they are selling. They are selling a Sat for an absurd amount by saying it contains an inscription and thus the buyer owns the inscription. But a Sat can't be inscribed. That is contained in the transaction which can't be owned and can't transfer from a wallet to another. Inscriptions CANNOT be owned. So thus they are selling a lie. It's a dishonest business practice
