The biggest reason is that if we #ExpandTheCourt now, nothing really stops #Republocans from expanding it again later.
We end up in an arms race of overtly corrupt Justices deciding cases based on who is in control of the rest of the government, instead of the merits of the case.
We might be heading that way anyway.
