I think that Amlogic SoC probably is mostly mainlined but does it have a specific device tree for that ZTE board is unknown. You might check if there is any device tree resembling your device exists in arch/{arm,arm64}/boot/dts directory.
Even if it's mainlined, it's not guaranteed it will actually work. It might be some basic support.
