so if you don’t believe in free will then the alternative is strict determinism, everything is already decided and done and there is no reason to amend your life or to do good to those around you.
I don’t see how you can say you follow Jesus and live according to his words and example by doing nothing and letting the movie God directed play out.
This leads to all kinds of problems and destroys the faith IMO.
