When you call 112 or 911 or 999 or whatever from your cellular phone, there is no phone number dialled. Emergency calls have a special place in the cellular infrastructure and are routed directly from the phone to the emergency services. You don't even need a sim card present in your phone for that, much less have a phone number yourself. As long as your phone is within range from literally any base station of any carrier whatsoever, you can call for help.
