Also just for the record I am really not some long time ppc fan or anything. My current impression from reading the ISA so far is that it's like just fine, but maybe I just don't get it yet. I'm more interested in this process of porting than I am in the power64 ISA itself. The talos 2 just happened to exist at the intersection of "is a desktop" and "need a port to run 9front".
