Well DUH!
It's an old Dell w/ i5-2540M and 8GB DDR3 + 120GB HDD. I booted it with npub1crjee8dyatl27sq2w9rhydsxwtvt38gh87f3jsqn7qhd7gvaqvnqzze9vp (npub1crj…e9vp) via USB and seems to work well enough. Was able to surf the web fine and YouTube playback was fine.
Waiting for the battery to charge before determining whether it's any good or not.
The question now is ... what to actually do with it?
