Atom Bank has had a four day working week since 2021, and their CEO has told the FT that it was easier & less contentious to organise than negotiating WFH.
The digital bank has also experienced less staff turnover & sick leave since starting the four day working week.
Could this be a future alternative to be offered to workers:
