It should be illegal to switch parties after an election.
Not only that, but there should be a process in place that if someone in office does not vote with the intent of their party they can be easily removed.
In business if the CEO acts in opposition to the benefit of the company they can legally be held responsible. Why don't we have this for elected officials?
