Having this on a Mastodon server may not be ideal, from my experience most problems come from posts that federate from some custom server. With more than max int likes, 100s of attachments, date a million years in the past, etc.
Other ideas that might work on Mastodon:
Images with extreme aspect ratios, have it post the entire list of naughty strings https://github.com/minimaxir/big-list-of-naughty-strings
