Well...I did get some good news when I had my teeth cleaned this morning...no infection, not much plaque so I guess the hour I spend taking care of them is working...she did do a new thing called enamel smoothing and it seems to have worked with my teeth really smooth and slippery...and insurance covered it so that was cool...I'll take any good news I can get...
