One thing I find very unfortunate about the current situation in the US is that everyone seems to be primarily fighting for themselves or their own bubble. Immigrants, scientists, fired government employees, etc. I agree with all the individual causes, but what is really needed in my opinion is a broad coalition of groups working together. The US needs a general strike.
