Yesterday, I was anxious in the afternoon and anxiety persisted after my 10th meeting in 10 days. I got home and was presented with a parenting challenge. I remained calm, opened Daily Reflections and Daily Stoic for guidance, and heard God speak to me about personal responsibility. Thank you god.
