It is what it is. 1MB or 4MB both grow at O(n) in time as long as we don’t do it again—and fortunately there seems to be no appetite for further increases.
O(n) is fine. Efficiency of bandwidth and storage outpaces total block space growth. There’s nothing needed to do here. We’re at no risk of an Ethereum-esque centralization.
