I don’t agree based on my observations of him over the past week. But neither of us are doctors, so take that for what it’s worth.
Anyway, given my opinion that there is no other realistic backup plan besides Harris, and that backup remains available _if needed_ after the convention, well: I think you go to war with the candidates you have, not the candidates you wish you had.
