I checked your feed just because, and that comment was meant as a compliment and at the same time as a friendly joke exploiting the stereotype of carnivore-vs-vegan. Plus, nostr *is* a mostly carnivore-bitcoin community anyway, at least for now.
I am partial to lifting weights in HIIT and not strong on cardio, so lack any sort of training, plus I happen to despise running even more than lifting weights (I lift for self-discipline and because it's good for my health).
What I could give advice to you about, is to do some research on endurance in fat adapted athletes, and, if you intend to have children in the future, about the possible issues during pregnancy and ability to lactate for vegan mothers.
