Though they're not really quite my sort I will admit. (Sadly most of my favorite books will probably never make it to film, though I do believe the original Dragonlance trilogy, if properly done, could rival Lord of the Rings and I feel like the Death Gate cycle by the same people would really fit this political climate well...)
