Trying to convince my gf why conflict of interests exist and the world isn’t black and white.
My company hired one of the managers son back in the day and he is one of the best employees and has brought in so much money. She thinks it was wrong because they are related and it’s not ethical according to the ethics handbook🤦♂️
Companies exist to make money! If the individual is competent then who cares.
