here is how it works
1) #ipfs can host any file
2) however, we need to fix ipfs on #tor
when you can run ipfs on tor, it doesnt matter what data you are seeding. currently simply putting ipfs node online is potential crime, your node might download and seed illegal bits without your knowing
3) #nostr provides a way to build dynamic, interactive, apps on ipfs
