The claim is sexual abuse over 9 years (i have not read the complaint fwiw).
From my experience, if Plaintiff could substantiate the claim, damage would be much higher. Serious allegations.
It could also be that she simply does not have proof and it actually happened. In that case, PL knows the allegations are enough to bring DF to negotiating table.
