Yes in his first mandate he gave the army freedom to kill whoever they wanted in Yemen, but that wasn't really different from what happened before or after him.
Apart from that, I'm not aware of anything that brought more warmongering than usual US practice.
I'm not saying it didn't exist/won't exist, just that I don't know about it if they exist (so would like you input, if I missed something).
