Today is finally here, with the release of the 0xchat v1.3 beta version.

### Major Feature Updates:
1. Added NIP-29 public/closed groups, supporting group notes.
2. Private group chats now use the NIP-17 chat room implementation.
3. Added DM inbox relays setting.
4. Added P2PK option for sending ecash via wallet.
5. Support for file server selection, including custom NIP-96 and Minio server.
6. Chat messages now support reactions and zaps.
7. Adopted the new NIP-51 list standard, including blocklist, channel list, and relay group list.

### Other Updates:
1. Added one-tap zap.
2. Profile settings now include an npub.cash address prompt.
3. Added local note drafts.
4. Support for naddr and nevent notes.
5. Optimized image viewing animations.
6. Moment feed now includes contact and follows options.
7. Pull down to load new notes.
8. Notifications for mentions.
9. Optimized video viewing.
10. Notes now have a "More options" menu for sharing, copying note IDs, etc.
