I'm moving slowly today with a lot of back pain. I did get out for my early-morning walk and was rewarded by a beautiful sunrise.

I planned to go to the grocery store, but I think I'm going to put it off until tomorrow. Today I want to finish the chapter of my new Gavin Rownt novel that I started writing yesterday.
