Russian authorities have started a forced mobilization in Luhansk region, targeting men born between 1994 and 2006. The so-called "LNR Ministry of Internal Affairs" has been instructed to take all necessary measures to locate citizens who ignore military enlistment offices. #Ukraine #mobilization
