i have to solve for flooding. the water in this photo is covering a foot bridge that's usually about 3 feet above the brook it goes over.
this is the fourth time since december this has happened.
on the other side of the water is a hill that's a candidate for berms and swales. and beyond that i've thought of either a large rain garden or a holding pond.
that's what i've thought, anyway. next step is finding someone who knows what they're doing and can correct my musings.
