I now have upwards of 10 kg of flour in my apartment (just wheat flour, not counting anything else). Last weekend I scored what looked like the last 5 lb bag of King Arthur's White Whole Wheat from Smart & Final and figured they were discontinuing it since it was marked down. Today Grocery Outlet had little (2 lb) bags of "golden wheat" for a good price so I got 3.
Would be nice if the weather was conducive to baking however...
