Amethyst has been doing a lot of controversial things recently 👀
Permanently blocking people due to reports and shifting the blame on relays not deleting "invalid" reports to not have to expire reports (If relays want to honor a report they can just delete all events of the user or prevent them from posting, they don't need to leave the report up)
Now NIP-94 without backwards compatibility.
