Its only a standard warning if the Safe Browsing is turned off, and then It would also say that the blocking were because ot couldnt check the file
I do though have a small side question how come is it when a user on purpose chooses stable version it then all the time trries to upgrade to what I may presume is unstable? like there were a reason I wanted the stable even that it doesnt have all the new features
