"content": "Well, this is getting to the part where I admit I don't actually know how non-Latin languages work, as far as how text is encoded and the character sets and all that. But I guess what I'm concerned with is the readability/human-editability of the data files if I went with a system where we just try to co-opt ANSI like that instead of just supporting Unicode somehow.",
